International Notaries Cooperation
On 15th December 2007 in Vienna, in order to promote cooperation in the legal areas proper to the civil law notaries, there was founded a forum called
INTERNATIONAL NOTARIES COOPERATION (I.N.C.)

On 20th November 2010 I.N.C. was joined by Mr. Dr. Stanislav Filipov, a notary in Sofia, 1164 Sofia, Nerazdelni 6, Bulgaria.
On 10th December 2014 I.N.C was joined by Dr. Florentina Marinescu, a notary in Bucharest, Marinarilor 13, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.
